Actuator Principle
NECS’s panel vibration actuator consists of two distinct components.Each component, divided into upper and lower sections, is physically isolated.The upper section is securely attached to the surface that acts as the vibrating plate, while the lower section, which contains the voice coil, is fixed to the device frame or another supporting structure. (The recommended air gap varies by model: typically 0.4 to 0.5 mm for small models and 0.8 mm for larger models.)

Powerful and Stable Haptic & Audio Actuator
In real-world applications, NECS actuators deliver 5 to 10 times higher G-force compared to conventional actuators.With their fast and powerful response, they provide clear and revolutionary haptic experiences.(10 ms cycle time – no acceleration or deceleration signal is required.) Additionally, they produce outstanding sound alongside delivering haptic feedback.
A “selective detection” feature can also be integrated, enabling the detection of surface movement itself.By incorporating NECS actuators, gaming devices can achieve an unprecedented level of vibrancy and immersion.
For example, these actuators can generate a diverse range of haptic waveforms within a 40–300 Hz frequency range, conveying the feel and texture of in-game environments and events with striking realism directly to the user’s fingertips.With no signal delay during operation (due to the absence of springs), haptic signals are transmitted instantly and directly to the device surface, ensuring immediate feedback.
